Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the
 
SYDNEY PC USER GROUP INCORPORATED 
                                                   
will be held on: Tuesday 27th March 2012, commencing at 6.00 pm 
at the Sydney Mechanics School of Arts, Level 1, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney.
                                               
                                                   BUSINESS
 
1.   Reading and confirmation of minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 
22nd March 2011.
 
2.   Reading and confirmation of minutes of the Special General Meeting held
22 November 2011.
 
3.  To receive and adopt the Statement of Receipts and Expenditure, Statement of Financial Position and the Executive Committee s Report of the Sydney
PC User Group Incorporate for the period 1st February to 31st December 2011.
 
4.  To elect Executive Committee Members.
 
5.  To approve Life Membership for Warren Wyllie in recognition of his significant contributions to the Sydney PC User Group.
 
6.  To transact any other business which may be legally brought forward.
